1️⃣ Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms between 3 Elevent Car LLC, the vehicle provider, and the renter (“you”).
We are an Atlanta-based, locally owned business committed to transparency and professionalism for gig drivers.

2️⃣ Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used only by the approved renter.

• Driving for rideshare, delivery, or personal use is permitted, provided it aligns with your insurance.

• The vehicle may not leave Georgia without written permission.

3️⃣ Responsibilities

The renter agrees to:

• Maintain insurance throughout the rental period.

• Report any accident, ticket, or damage immediately.

• Keep the vehicle clean and fueled before return.

• Avoid smoking or unauthorized passengers.

4️⃣ Payments

• All payments (rental fees, deposits) must be completed before vehicle pickup.

• Late payments or charge reversals may result in account suspension.

5️⃣ Deposit & Inspection

• A refundable security deposit is required before pickup.

• Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days if no damages are found.

6️⃣ Damages & Insurance

• You must maintain active personal insurance that covers rentals for gig use.

• 3 Elevent Car does not provide primary insurance coverage.

• If damage occurs and is not covered by your policy, you will be responsible for repair costs.

7️⃣ Vehicle Condition

You agree to return the car in the same condition, with:

• No new dents, scratches, or mechanical issues

• Full fuel tank (unless otherwise noted)

• No smoking or excessive odor

8️⃣ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any rental for policy violations, failure to pay, or reckless driving.

9️⃣ Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
