Our Promise of Fairness

At 3 Elevent Car, we want every gig driver to feel confident when booking. That’s why our refund and cancellation policy is built around transparency and fairness.

1️⃣ Deposit Refunds

All rentals require a refundable security deposit, which protects both the driver and the company.

  • Deposits are returned within 5–7 business days after the vehicle has been inspected and approved upon return.

  • If any deductions are made, we’ll provide a clear breakdown (e.g., cleaning, damage, late fees).

2️⃣ Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before pickup: You can cancel and receive a full refund minus a small admin fee.

  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: A partial refund may apply, depending on the situation.

  • After pickup: Once a car has left our facility, rental fees are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Late Return & Damage Fees

  • A grace period of 30 minutes may apply, but returning late can result in daily charges.

  • Smoking, excessive dirt, or pet hair may lead to cleaning fees.

  • If a vehicle is damaged, repair costs not covered by your insurance will be deducted from your deposit.

4️⃣ Refund Process

Refunds are processed electronically. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
